What Stay4Skill is

Stay4Skill is a platform that facilitates connections between traveling talent and hospitality providers for skill-based barter exchanges. We are a connector — not a party to any exchange, agreement, or transaction between users. All arrangements are made directly between the talent and the host.

Barter, defined

A barter exchange on Stay4Skill is a non-monetary trade of services: talent provides a skill (photography, cooking, yoga instruction, music, etc.) in exchange for hospitality (accommodation, meals, experiences, or exposure). Stay4Skill takes no cut of any exchange. No money passes through this platform.

Your responsibilities

By using Stay4Skill, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile.
• Honor commitments you make to other users.
• Treat other users with respect and professionalism.
• Not use the platform for any purpose that is illegal, abusive, or deceptive.
• Not contact other users for purposes unrelated to a potential collaboration.

What you agree to exchange

All exchanges are agreed upon directly between the talent and the host. Stay4Skill is not responsible for enforcing the terms of any individual agreement. You are responsible for your own agreements and for what you choose to offer or accept.

Disputes

If a dispute arises between you and another user:

1. Contact the other party directly to resolve it.
2. If that fails, reach out to us at hello@stay4skill.com. We will do our best to assist, but we are not an arbitration service.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that:

• Contain fabricated or misleading information.
• Engage in harassment or abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Result in repeated confirmed no-shows without communication.
• Misrepresent a skill, a venue, or the nature of an offer.

No guarantees

Stay4Skill does not guarantee that you will find a match, that any exchange will go smoothly, or that all profiles on the platform represent verified professionals. We provide the tools — the quality of every exchange depends on the people in it.

Intellectual property

Content you create during an exchange (photographs, video, music, etc.) belongs to you and the host as agreed between you. Stay4Skill claims no ownership of any creative work produced through the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
