How it works
Offer something you do well. Agree a stay or meals in return. Stay4Skill connects you and keeps the written agreement in one place. Free to use; any payment or expenses are agreed directly with the host.

- 1
Plan your trip
Choose your skill and contribution, then add your destination and dates. Say what you would like in return. Check your work, limits and requirements in the full summary.
- 2
Publish and share
Sign in by email, review your trip and choose Publish my trip. Anyone with its link can see it. To appear in talent search, add a work sample for a person at Stay4Skill to review. Existing videos, photos or portfolio links can be used if they meet the requirements for your skill.
- 3
Agree with a host
Hosts can invite you, or you can contact a listed place. Agree the work, times, accommodation, meals, equipment and any costs. Both sides confirm the written terms before the exchange.
- 4
Confirm what happened
After the exchange, each side records its own answer. It counts as fulfilled only when both confirm it. A story is public only if both agree to share it.
What Stay4Skill does and does not do
Stay4Skill makes offers visible, connects talents and hosts, and keeps the agreement and both completion answers in one place. It records; it does not organise your travel, guarantee a performance, insure anything or handle money. The trade is yours.
A bed does not buy unlimited work
Good agreements are countable: two sets of 45 minutes, one dinner for twenty guests, a half day shoot with twenty delivered images. Write it down that way. If a host needs more, that is a new agreement.
What “checked” means here
- Contact confirmed, the account signed in through its email address.
- Work sample reviewed, a person at Stay4Skill looked at a sample and found it plausible for the stated skill and role. It is not a quality rating.
- Website checked, a person opened the host’s website and found it matches the listing.
- Exchanges fulfilled, the number of agreements both sides confirmed as completed.
A sample review is not an identity, licence or background check. Read the sample and check what matters for your own exchange.
