Rules and safety
Short, because they are meant to be read.
Who can use Stay4Skill
- Adults only, 18 or older, for talents and for the person listing a place.
- Real people, real places. Your name, your photo, your work. A listing for a place you may actually offer.
What is never allowed
- Sexual services or sexual content of any kind, and any contact that sexualises an exchange.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination.
- Scams, fake identities, stolen work samples, invented stories.
- Dangerous or illegal offers, unlicensed work where a licence is required, anything that puts guests or hosts at risk.
- Using the platform to recruit for unpaid labour disguised as a trade. A bed does not buy unlimited work.
- Spam, mass messaging, advertising.
Breaking these rules means the account is hidden or removed. Content and behaviour are judged as they are, not by how they are labelled.
Keeping yourself safe
- Keep the conversation on Stay4Skill until the terms are written down. The agreement is your record.
- Hosts: check the work sample and ask a specific question about it. Talents: open the host’s website, look at the address on a map, ask who will be there.
- Exact addresses, phone numbers and ID documents do not belong on public pages. Share them inside the conversation once you both want to.
- If something feels off, stop. Use Report on any page or thread; use Block to stop new requests from someone.
- Stay4Skill does not run background checks, insure anything or guarantee anyone’s behaviour. Trust is built from what is actually shown: reviewed samples, checked websites, fulfilled exchanges.
Reports
Every report is read by a person. You see your own reports; nobody else sees them. We may hide content while we look at it. Where a law requires it, we cooperate with authorities.
Local rules
Work permits, visas, taxes on benefits in kind, licences for food or music, and venue rules differ by country. Stay4Skill does not claim compliance anywhere. Check what applies to you before you agree, the terms field “If something falls through” is also a good place to note what you have clarified.
Your data
Public pages show what you chose to publish. Conversations, agreements, private contact details and review notes are visible only to the people involved and to Stay4Skill for moderation. See the privacy page for the rest.
